Do you ship to my country?

  • We ship internationally!

Help! Where is my order?

  • If you live in the U.S., has it been less than 4 weeks?
    No: Wait until 4 weeks have passed before emailing customer service.
    Yes: Email customer service at support@karma-stores.com and request your order's tracking # to input at your local shipper's website to follow your order.

The website says my order was delivered under Incoterms CPT. What does that mean?

  • Here's a handy explanation from Wikipedia. Basically, once the shipper has taken possession of the order to deliver to the customer, we no longer have control of the package and so cannot be responsible for it.

Can I have a tracking number?

  • Absolutely! Tracking numbers are automatically generated and emailed to you once we ship your package. If for any reason you do not receive this notification, please email us and we'll be happy to provide any tracking details.

I ordered 2+ items but only received 1, where are the other items?

  • Different products may not all be supplied by the same supplier, thus, they will not necessarily be shipped all together at the same time. If within the U.S., please wait a full 4 weeks before consulting support@karma-stores.com to make an inquiry. After 4 weeks, please email support and request a tracking #. If outside of the U.S., please wait a full 60 working days before inquiring about separate items. After 60 working days, please email support@karma-stores.com and request a tracking number.

The Tracking page says my order was delivered, but I never received it. Now what?

  • Due to high rates of fraud, Supplier+Direct cannot refund payments for orders that tracking indicates has been delivered. It is highly recommended that customers show the delivery information to their area postal service and request assistance.

Is it possible to cancel my order?

  • Orders are able to be cancelled with 30 minutes after placing the order. 

Will I need to pay for any duties or taxes for my order?

  • Please note that Supplier+Direct is not responsible for any import duties or taxes. Some of our products come from overseas suppliers and import duties or taxes may be required by your government.
